A Sessile Drop Method for 3D Cell Spheroid Culture In article number 2100972, Bangyong Sun, Gang Li, and co-workers demonstrate a sessile drop platform long-term spheroid culture. Benefitting from its open, upward, non-wettable features, the provides not only high mechanical stability easiness of medium exchange but also excellent antifouling ability oxygen availability, thus enabling robust culture in high-throughput manner.
